The challenge this fortnight was to make anything but not a card and that it was to be a christmas gift. I have a confession to make – I completely forgot about it till this morning so within the time frame, I came up with this. Just some useful “topper” sentiments for a fellow crafter!
I stamped each image from the Oval All stamp set 6 times, punched out with large oval punch and matted with dimensionals onto co-ordinating punched scalloped oval cardstock.
The box and lid were made from 1 sheet of 12″ x 12″ Old Olive cardstock. An aperture was cut and I used Crystal Effects to adhere a piece of Thick Window Sheet to the inside of the lid. The lid was stamped with the snowflake from Sparkly & Bright in Whisper White Craft ink.
The 1 1/4″ Old Olive grosgrain was used to tie a bow ready to use as a gift for that special someone. Of course you could add smellies, pots of lip balm, or chocolates in the compartments – I just didn’t have any in hand when creating this project or I would have included it!
