Spotlight on Christmas

I made this quite some time ago, but haven’t posted till now – I’d originally thought of doing it for a workshop, but it was far too time consuming although it does give a WOW factor and then I decided that it was too nice to give away so I’m keeping it. I love paper “engineering”! It gives me such a buzz and after such a lot of work, I just didn’t want to send it to someone who might read it then bin it, know what I mean?

The main body of card has been stamped in versamark with images from Spotlight on Christmas set, but it’s not clear in this photo. The idea was to put index size photos in these sections, using it as though it was a mini album. The star centres were cut out with a craft knife which was time consuming – not a mass production item and it was really a labour of love.

This is the back view of the card with space to write or journal.

  1. Amazing card Elaine, you are so clever. Seeing stars…. brings back memories of the make and take we made at training last December 😉
Hope all is well with you.
