Here is another sample using a Z fold. The base card measures 4″ x 11 1/2″, valley fold in half, and the top half is mountain fold in half to create the Z shape.
The cake was stamped first in Barely Banana on Confetti White paper. Then I used the stampamajig to align the image with previously stamped image and stamped in Versamark (you can ink the coloured ink and immediately ink again with versamark before stamping image – but I didn’t want to contaminate my Versamark ink pad so I did it this way, cleaning the stamp before inking with Versamark). I clear embossed image and then coloured image using an array of colours, listed in recipe below, and blended with an aqua pen. Embossing the image this way helps to prevent colour from bleeding.
To complete the card, layers of Tea Party DSP and Brocade Blue mats were added as illustrated above, “Happy Birthday” stamped on inside of card and Brocade Blue ribbon tied on left panel.
