My BIL celebrates his birthday today and is really into his garden so the French Foliage set was just perfect for him. Did you notice I’ve left out something by mistake? Yes, I forgot to put a sentiment on the front. I’ll have to remember to add it before I send it off! I’ve quadruple layered – More Mustard on Very Vanilla on Old Olive on Bravo Burgundy on Old Olive card base!
I stamped the wording on the Very Vanilla layer, cut a leaf shape with the Bigz die and dry embossed with the square lattice folder for the More Mustard layer and then assembled all the layers. I randomly stamped leaf images and the splat patterns on the Old Olive card base before adhering the card topper on.
I stamped the wording on the cut out leaf and adhered it to the inside of the card, having first scalloped the right edge, but not all the way along to create this effect and then adhered to card base. I’ve stamped the envelope too.
