I used the Celebration Quick Accents (page 92 code 118708 @ £7.50) to put a strip of numbers on the bottom of the card front, stamped a balloon in Real Red, Pacific Point and Old Olive on Whisper White scraps, cut out the balloons then drew tails with a white gel pen. I attached a strip of textured Real Red card stock, used the square punch angled so that it would cut the fish tail evenly then stamped the happy birthday sentiment before centering and punching out with the large oval punch.
How easy is that?
