For my Sunday share today I have dug into the archives to showcase this card I made a while ago. Sometimes it’s nice to get out stamps in my personal collection to play with and I don’t often publish them on my blog. I made this “Thank You” card last month for my upline for the “Fun Day” she laid on. I just love these olde world type stamps with a vintage feel and I really enjoyed pushing the boat out a little for this one. You’ll see why in the next picture.
I loved the corset image and stamped it on 3 different pieces of coloured cardstock which I then cut out individually. The umbrella was stamped on Whisper White, and these were cut and mounted onto the pop-up piece in Rich Razzleberry together with the corsets.
With the help of the stamp-a-majig I stamped an elongated word frame from the Creative Elements stamp set, stamped some words “for a fabulous day” on Whisper White cardstock which I cut out and pieced on to it. I spritzed an ink spattered pattern with the spritzing tool to add to that distressed vintage feel.
Hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
