I made this to depict our new In Colors which will stay with us till 2014. Starting from the left, Primrose Petals, Gumball Green, Summer Starfruit, Midnight Muse and Raspberry Ripple.
The ric rac was cut from the new Tasteful Trim big XL die (page 192), and you will need extended cutting pads as it is bigger than the ones we’ve had in the past. There are 4 types of trim on the same die, ric rac, wavy line, large scallop and a bead effect.
The overssized flower has been stamped using a stamp set called Daydream Medallions (page 117) which co-ordinates with the Floral Frames Framelits dies.
As the flower was quite large and overpowering, I just left it as it was without adding any ribbon. Instead I attached a glue dot to the back of the Gumball Green Dahlia for the flower centre.
