Another post late in the day – this “Best Dad Ever” is retiring. I thought I’d make one last card with it before it’s withdrawn and if I posted tomorrow, then it would be too late!
The five different patterned ties are configured as one stamp, but I wanted them in different colours and I wanted the colour to be intense. As you don’t get the same intensity of colour if you use markers, I stamped it five times using different coloured inks, cleaning the stamp each time before using another colour.
The ties were cut out and a tab at the top was included so I could slip it through the hanger and loop it to the back and adhere it with dimensionals.
I embossed the front of the card with the Stripes EF, cut nesting circles and accentuated the Whisper White circle by piercing holes round its circumferance.
