As these aren’t really traditional Valentine colours, you could also use it as an anniversary card. I have left out the sentiment so you can use it for either – hence the title “to be or not to be” used as a Valentine’s Day card.
Top tip: when cutting shapes from dies, save them in case you need it for something else – “recycling”!!! Spot where this balloon was cut and saved from in a future post 😉 !
