Heroes or Heroines? Well, for this week’s Fun Friday I chose a Heroine, although the stamp set says Everyday Hero in the generic sense – my hero is my Mum because my late Dad left this mortal coil way back in 2009. An unsung heroine, she sacrificed much to give us girls the opportunities she never had, which included all the extra curricular activities we enjoyed, French/German tuition, ballet lessons, piano lessons, the list is endless during our stint in the Far East. French and German she felt were languages taught in Australian schools and she didn’t want me to be at a disadvantage when she packed me off to boarding school. Enough of my waffle – enjoy the video.
