Shoe Box Swap – Sneak Peek

Yesterday, my upline held a Fun Day in Portsmouth for Level 1 of her team – for those recruited directly by her and for those for whom she is the next upline.

As the name suggests, it was a day of fun.  We all brought a shoe box (not literally) but just a basket with a card or 3D project we had designed and each person would provide the stamps, dies or punches and 10 sets of consumables needed to make that project in a shoe-box sized container.  If you preferred, you could do a 10-minute demonstration instead.  It’s like a card/3D buffet, so you pick 6 projects to make from the selection of “shoe boxes”.

So here’s the card I designed.  I love this suite, because you can use it throughout the year.  There is so much more to this set than meets the eye, but it will remain a mystery for now as I don’t want to ruin the surprise for my pre – Launch Party!  I just wanted to highlight the fact that this was stamped on Very Vanilla THICK card stock!!!!

The thick Whisper White card stock has been a fantastic addition.  If you’re using it as a card base, it means you can omit the inside layer of neutral card stock, so I am sure that the Very Vanilla is going to be a big hit too.

The THICK Very Vanilla card stock was the Freebie I received together with C6 Very Vanilla envelops for purchasing the Eastern Palace Premier Bundle.  Who better to share it with than my Stampin’ Up! sisters.  We so rarely get the opportunity to just stamp and enjoy each other’s company, and yesterday was like a breath of fresh air.

Happy Sunday!
