I don’t know where Father’s Day originated, but it’s nice that we have a day set aside just to honour the men in our lives both past and present. So to all those Dads out there, husbands, sons, brothers nephews, who are Dads – we salute you and want to say “thank you” for all you do and the role you play in our lives.
Wives may complain about their men folk leaving the toilet seat up, or a muddy trail through a freshly cleaned floor, dirty laundry scattered about, toothpaste in the sink but we would be lost without you and we really do appreciate you.
