Happy Sunday everyone! I’m sure with the run-up to Christmas everyone must have a mountain of “to do” lists.
Like “Marmite”, Always Artichoke isn’t the colour of choice for some people. I guess you can say that about any colour – there will always be someone who will dislike it or love it. It’s in the Regal family, so there are rich undertones of green – you could almost say that it’s a muted green and I have grown to love it because of its subtlety.
I cased this from lovely Monica Gale (thanks Monica), but switched the greeting and ribbon she used. Only 1/4″ border of Champagne foil is visible, so I actually used the trimmer to cut a 1/2″ frame from a 5-1/2″ x 3-3/4″ piece of foil and used the centre piece to cut the largest stitched shape circle from it.
The “season’s greetings” was gold embossed on foil – that was one of my tips for Top Tip Tuesday and the ornament was coloured with a Daffodil Delight Dark Stampin’ Blend marker to give it that gold glow to match the gold edged ribbon.
Here are the materials I used – click on the pictures and it will take you directly to the item in my online store should you wish to make a purchase. I would appreciate your custom so much so thank you in advance. Remember to use the Host Code for December MXU6UZRR .
