What with being away, and December coming around so fast, I was time poor with still a long list of “stuff” to do. Even with the best plans in the world and working through my list, I still had last minute things to achieve before my class earlier this week.
One of those was to make Christmas cards for the ladies in my class. I couldn’t use the ones already made because they were either seen before on my video tutorials or I’d done them in class previously with the run up to Christmas. I needed to make a stack of quick simple cards – if only I had the Stamparatus to help, it would’ve made life a whole lot easier!!!
Back to basics – just simple stamping with Night in Bethlehem and two inks – Soft Sky and Night of Navy.
I didn’t even have time to photograph them properly, so took these with my phone in natural light.
The wonderful thing about stamps is that it does the artwork for you, no fuss, and had I more time I could add layers and embellishments to it. The best thing about this card is that it is totally flat so it should be post friendly and cost the minimum to post. When you have so many cards to do at Christmas time, that’s got to be a plus, right?
Happy Sunday. Thanks for stopping by.
