I made these in March – gifts for my team ready for our Onstage Local event in Telford while the Springtime Foils specialty DSP was still current. Naturally, I pimped these Kiki K notebooks to personalise them using this year’s crop of Sale-A-Bration products. The box contains a surprise gift but I won’t reveal it yet until I’m sure they’ve opened them so as not to spoil the surprise.
Can you spot what other products I used? If you guessed Friendship’s Sweetest Thoughts for the border on the card, then you guessed right. I’m not ready to say “good-bye” to the Amazing You stamp set yet and used it to dress the backgrounds for my tags and “name plates”.
The other of my “go to” sets is the Letters for You photopolymer set and coordinating Large Letters Framelits dies.
The floral images were stamped several times on Whisper White card stock so I could fussy cut those separately, colour and fluff them up to create a second layer to the flowers. Additionally, to make them “pop” I added clear Wink of Stella to the flowers and die cut letters.
I will be winging my way home today, most certainly on a high after meeting up with my fellow demonstrators and learning new stuff from our bi-annual get togethers with Stampin’ Up!
