I love surprises, don’t you? It gets increasingly difficult to think of something for my grandchildren who have reached adulthood. It was easy when they were little, the wonder of Santa and the Christmas season was all relatively new. As they grow older, so do their expectations and their tastes change too!
Imagine my delight when I found these chocolate bars which were in a tin with a picture of a mobile phone with the apps on the front! It sparked off the idea, I’ve made double slider cards, why can’t I convert one to hold a bar of chocolate on one side with the card on the other? I’m thrilled with how it turned out. Of course you can do this with just about any bar of chocolate, you just have to measure the length, width and depth, allow for a bit of tolerance, and cut your card stock accordingly. The principle of how to make one remains the same. Enjoy!
