Thank goodness for technology! These days, a diary isn’t just a diary, because you can set Google Calendar to remind you of all sorts of things, whether it’s a doctor’s appointment to birthdays – the list is endless! Not forgetting the calendar on your mobile phone too – which can alert you days, hours or even minutes before the event!
Have you ever been caught off guard when there are birthdays in January straight after Christmas and a holiday break when you’ve set all thoughts of work aside? If you’re in the paper-crafting business whether you’re a hobbyist or a business builder – birthdays that fall in the first week of January takes you by surprise until your phone pings – to alert you that someone’s birthday is days away!
Long story short – I was reminded just in time to make this little beauty for a lovely lady who I now consider a friend. It’s probably safe to post it now.
