Boo to you!!! He! He! It’s the name of the stamp set!
I am tickled pink sharing this week’s Halloween project with you! Rather than waste card stock, I try out my crazy ideas on copy paper first, it’s less painful than wasting precious card stock, but this came together REALLY easily! A big match box with a “pop-up” surprise! What do you think – do you like it?
Those googly eyes were perfect for my little ghoul and I just loved resurrecting forgotten tools from way back! I’m talking about embossing paste – we have some new Basic Pattern Decorative masks in the new Autumn Winter Catalogue on page 35, so I thought it would be cool to use it on the box front. The Box measures 2-1/4″ in width, 1-1/2″ in depth and the length is 3″ (W5.7 cm, D3.8 cm, H 7.6 cm), I dyed the paste with Smoky Slate reinkers so it wouldn’t be stark white!
It really surprised me that my jar of paste was still as fresh as on the day it was first opened over a year ago! So long as you store it correctly, re-seal it and put it in dark, dry storage. Curious how I made this? Grab a cuppa, and press play!
