When I saw the My Meadow photopolymer stamp set, I immediately envisaged a Japanese garden because of the little bridge and it also worked with the Colorful Seasons stamp set and Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies from a couple of years back. Put it all together with the 2nd Level Sale-a-bration Power of Hope bundle – fodder for a “screen” card!!!
Ta-da! Here it is – with some paper piecing for the kimono on the Geisha…..
….with a couple of blank panels on the back to pen a few lines to the addressee. I created a belly band too, so that once the bow has been tied, it can stay tied and to open or close the card, all you have to do is slip the belly band off! Press play to watch some tips and tricks on how to create this screen card and I hope you have fun making one.
