I love this faux double box – it gives the illusion of being a box within a box. The papers I used are Parisian Blossoms DSP. I cannot claim ownership of this fabulous creation – that goes to a Demonstrator from Germany – Petra Kaeß so thank you Petra for the inspiration.
I used the Parisian Blossom Specialty Designer Series papers to adorn the box base which was constructed from Petal Pink card stock. Below is a video tutorial on how it was constructed with measurements both in imperial and metric.

With lockdown I’ve lost all sense of the days of the week, and also forgot about VE day. We had a little notice to say could we decorate the house and join in the street party at 4.00 pm today! Quick trip to the attic to see if we had a Union Jack – and luckily we do, so at least we can show willing!
It will be interesting to see how many participate – especially having to maintain social distancing – we’ll all be in our separate driveways shouting at each other across the street!
