Sale-a-bration is due to end on 28 February. It’s your last chance to take advantage of the promotion. I’ve created this Trifold Birthday card with the “Hey Birthday Chick” stamps and dies which may tempt you. It’s been a “chicken” week this week as the stamps and dies didn’t arrive till the middle of February due to Brexit delays!
If you miss this opportunity, don’t worry, all the Hey Chick and Hey Birthday chick stamps and dies will still be available until 30 June, so, as a Demonstrator, I still have time to “play”!! Hurrah!
By the way, if you missed seeing the other Hey Chick stamps and dies, you can see it HERE.
I knew exactly what I wanted to create when I saw this bundle. Trifold birthday cards are so easy to make. You need a sheet of 12″ x 12″ (30.5 x 30.5 cm) card stock. Cut at 5-7/8″ x 12 ” which will yield 2 cards. Working with 12″ x 12″ sheets means it is easily divisible by 3, so each panel is 4″ in width. This makes the math for your layers equally user friendly!
The panels were decorated with Sale-a-bration’s “Oh So Ombre” papers which is free for each qualifying purchase of £45 before shipping and handling. I am sad that this is going as it is probably my most favourite out of all the products on offer!
Blackberry Bliss isn’t one of my “go to” colours mainly because I get so messy when I use the ink for stamping. No matter how hard try, I still get smudges! As a mat layer, it’s fine and I added it simply because the Basic White pieces looked bare without a “frame”.
