Masculine Pocket card for any occasion

Father’s Day is next Sunday, so I created a Masculine Pocket card suitable for Father’s Day or for any occasion. A little trick I use is to stamp the sentiments separately. When I need a card for whatever occasion, I can select the appropriate one from my stash.

I have been meaning to have a play with this set since pre-order way back in December! Can you believe it’s taken six months for me to get round to it. Life and other priorities got in the way. Sadly the Well Suited Designer Series Paper is out of stock and it’s unlikely that it will be re-stocked. Don’t worry, there are plenty of other papers you can substitute which will be just as effective.

This is a pocket card made out of 6″ x 12″ piece of Well Suited Designer series paper. I simply scored 1/2″ on either side for the side flaps, folded it in half. Any surplus was cut away and reserved for cutting the tie and pocket handkerchief.

I die cut the lapels and buttons from Basic Gray card stock. The shirt is a 3-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of card stock in Basic White (thick).

On the reverse side of the shirt, I adhered a strip of the patterned paper and the sentiment.

Thanks for visiting today, and enjoy your weekend!
