Corner pop up card

Hi – a corner pop up card using the Beauty of Tomorrow bundle.

I have a confession to make. It goes without saying, that unless you’re a millionaire and money is no object, you can afford to buy practically everything in the catalogue! Most of us need to work to a budget and have to be selective on which stamp sets we want in our “arsenal”, so the items from the Blackberry Beauty Suite was pretty low on the priority list.

The Blackberry Beauty Suite is on pages 44-45 in the July-December 2021 mini. Blackberry is my least favourite colour. Why? ……because without fail, I get ink everywhere, my fingers, smudged card stock etc. etc.

Then as luck would have it, I saw something on Pinterest showing the gorgeous Detailed Pumpkin dies used in conjunction with the Beauty of Tomorrow bundle. I had the Detailed Pumpkin dies already, and some product credit from Stampin’ Up! so used it to acquire the Blackberry Beauty Suite. My first foray into playing with it was for a blog hop in October which you can see HERE. I used the largest die to die cut a leaf background with the gorgeous Blackberry Beauty specialty designer series papers and made a square card. Something I don’t do very often, but I was pleased with the result.

Fast forward to today, here’s what I created with it. A fancy fold corner pop up card.

Back of card

I added a Very Vanilla piece on the back of the card as there wasn’t any room in the pop up part to pen a few lines. Just a simply stamped flower from the Beauty of Tomorrow stamp set in Early Espresso to complete the card.
