In week 11 of my 12-week Christmas Countdown series, I have a box with integral squash lid. I made a smaller version way back in 2010 for my Technique Club which you can see HERE. You need to scroll down to see it, but that was in the early days, and I didn’t post any instructions.
This time, I’ve made one to fit “Hot Choccy Dippers” . I first came across something similar while in Belgium and I’m so pleased that a British entrepreneur are creating these in the UK too.
Here’s a more detailed view of the top of the box and the lid in an open position. The lid and box are all in one piece and when you squash it, or push it down it closes in upon itself.
