A simply layered card with Botanical layers for today’s Sunday share! Hello and happy Sunday. Soooo, what do you think of the new catalogue so far?
The Botanical Layers bundle passed me by to be honest. Had it not been one of the items listed in pre-order, I wouldn’t even have looked at it. It piqued my interest when I found that the Lovely Layers Vellum pack was bundled with the Botanical Layers stamp set. Something different from being bundled with a punch or dies.
There are 60 sheets of vellum in the pack measuring 3 3/4″ x 5″ (9.5 x 12.7 cm). Twenty sheets have designs on them and the rest are plain to do with as you will. There are 4 designs – 5 sheets of each design and in the card below, this is one of them.
This card was super easy to put together. The card base is a standard card base in Crumb Cake. In fact it was a card blank on my desk so I ran with it. I used a Basic White mat cut at 3 ¾” x 5 ½”. Four strips of Sun Prints DSP were adhered to the Basic White layer as a backdrop. The sentiment is from Nature’s Prints. A great generic card for either gender!
