A sneak peek – coming soon round 2 of Sale-a-bration launching the same day as the July-December 2022 mini! This begins on 1 July and runs through to 31 August 2022.
What is Sale-a-bration? If you’re new to the Stampin’ Up! world, this is a 2 month period when you can earn free product whenever you make a purchase of £45 excluding shipping/handling or multiples of £45 purchases i.e., £90. So if your purchases come to £90, you have the option to select 2 free items in the brochure at the £45 level, or select 1 free item at the £90 level. Sale-a-bration happens twice a year to coincide with the launch of the mini seasonal catalogues. One at the beginning of the year January/February and the second during July/August every year.
Here’s a sneak peek of the cutest hippos ever! This is one of four cards I made, as I’m reserving the other three to show case at a later date! Once I started playing – I couldn’t stop!
Today’s card is clean and simple. I used a blending brush for the background with Petal Pink ink and stamped the hippo in Tuxedo Black memento ink then coloured her in with Crumb Cake stampin’ blends combo. Card stock used to die cut flowers were Petal Pink, Pool Party and So Saffron. I stamped the sentiment with Soft Suede ink on Petal Pink card stock which I die cut with the Stylish Shapes circle die.

The dies coordinate with the hippos in the stamp set but there are lots of little extras! A snorkel and goggles, sunglasses, party hat, a life ring, a tub, boat, propeller, water splashes, flowers, an umbrella just to name a few!
