For January 2024, a Celebrate theme for the Tech 4 Stampers Blog Hop. “Celebrate” conjures up so many occasions it could possibly be. Is it an anniversary, a graduation, a new job, a promotion or a milestone birthday? I love Stampin’ Up!’s DISTINKTIVE ™ stamps and there is a gorgeous Cake Fancy one in the new January-April 2024 mini on page 30.
Are you acquainted with Stampin’ Up!’s hybrid embossing folders? These embossing folders have dies specially designed so that it fits into the logo side of the embossing folder and you can die cut and emboss the card stock at the same time. I used the Thoughtful Moments Hybrid Embossing folder to emboss and die cut the word “celebrate”. For added interest, I coloured in the word with Bubble Bath and Lemon Lolly Stampin’ Blends.
The Tech 4 Stampers is a monthly subscription group run by Louise Sims. She mentors and enables members to understand IT jargon and equips them with a fountain of Technical knowledge to build or manage their own websites. It takes the mystery out of “tech” and I’ve certainly grown in confidence thanks to her expertise, patience and guidance. Not only that, I’ve met and made new friends with my fellow “Techs” and love the camaraderie within the group.
