Pop up card – From our Home. From our Home stamp set can be found in the current Annual Catalogue on page 108. It’s a stand alone stamp set and can so easily be overlooked. I often need a thank you card when a neighbour keeps an eye on our house while we’re away or one that says “thank you for your hospitality” too.

This card was inspired by one of my fellow team mates, the lovely Liz Shannon. I’ve tweaked her design a little to make it my own but have used the pop up element she designed.

Cutting guide

1. Card base : Summer Splash 4 ⅛” x 11 ½” (10.5 cm x 29 cm) fold in half.
2. Use 2nd largest Deckled Rectangle to die cut 2 pieces in Basic White – one for card front and the other for inside.
3. Scrap of Summer Splash to die cut mat layer for sentiment with the smallest Deckled Rectangle. I re-positioned die to cut it narrower and shorter to fit the sentiment.
4. Basic White scrap to stamp sentiment in Basic Black Memento ink.

Pop up element

1. Basic White cut at 7 ⅝” x 2″ (19.5 cm x 5 cm)
2. Long side on top score at ¾”, 1 ½”, 4 ¼”, 5″ (2 cm, 4 cm, 11.5 cm, 13.5 cm)

Assembly instructions

1. Stamp approximately 2 ½ houses on the left of Basic White Deckled rectangle on the left and approximately 3 houses on the right at the same level.
2. Next stamp on the Pop up element – on the 2nd panel on the left, stamp the tree.
3. On the 3rd panel stamp 3 houses in Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
4. Fourth panel stamp another tree also in Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
5. Select which parts you want highlighted and colour them in with your choice of Stampin’ Blends.
6. Fold and adhere to front of card.
7. Die cut label and trim sentiment to fit on top in the centre of the card front.
8. Stamp and colour inside of card.
9. Embellish with your choice of gems.
