Fun fold card plus two-tone cardstock sale!

First the fun fold card. The Beautiful Gallery 6″x 6″ (15.2 x 15.2 cm) Designer Series papers are gorgeous. There is no waste if you use it to create a continuous scene. I oriented the paper in the trimmer so that the scene was on its side and trimmed ¼” (0.6 cm) from the top and ¼” (0.6 cm) from the bottom. When upright, this would make the height of the DSP 5 ½” x 6″ (14 cm x 15.2 cm).

With the long side on top, cut 1 piece at 3″ x 5 ½” (7.6 cm x 14 cm), and the remaining half into 2 pieces each measuring 1 ½” x 5 ½” (3.8 cm x 14 cm).

Cutting and scoring guide

Please be aware that the metric version is an exact conversion hence the funny numbers because I haven’t rounded them off.

1. Card base : Cloud Cover A4 sheet. Place in trimmer so that the short side is at the top and cut card stock at 5 ¾” x A4 length (14.6 cm x A4 length)
2. Long side on top, score at 3″, 6 ¼”, 7″, 8 ¾”, 9 ½”, 11 ¼” (7.6 cm, 15.8 cm, 17.8 cm, 22.2 cm, 24.1 cm and 28.6 cm)
3. Cut DSP per instructions in paragraph one at the beginning of the post and adhere to panels in continuous scene as pictured above.
4. Stamp birthday greeting from the new online exclusive Charming Day stamp set and die cut with Stylish Shapes dies.
5. Reverse side : cut a Basic White piece 2 ¾” x 5 ½” (7 cm x 14 cm). Adhere remnant piece of DSP at the bottom as pictured, trim off excess before adhering to inside of flap

Card designed to fit in C6 envelop

The card was designed this way in order to fit in an ordinary envelop. You could include a picture of how the card should be displayed so that you can see all 3 panels of the scene. Voilà, how quick and simple is that!
