Thanksgiving card – Amber Autumn. Amber Autumn stamps and dies are from the Autumn Toile Suite Collection in the September-December 2025 mini catalogue. It’s one of the Mega suites which comprises 2 stamp bundles with ribbon, embellishments, patterned paper as well as Earthen Toned Metallic Specialty paper to coordinate. You’ll find it on pages 39 -43 with numerous pictures to give you ideas on what you can make with this suite.

In fact there are suggestions on how to get the most out of a sheet of 12″x 12″ designer series paper using a technique called One Sheet Wonder. I covered this in previous posts part 1 and part 2 which you can see HERE and HERE.

Today’s Thanksgiving card

I’ve used the reverse side of the paper to cover the whole of the card front for today’s card. I backed Gray Granite card stock with an adhesive sheet before die cutting this open work frame from Amber Autumn dies. When adhered on top of the DSP on the front of the card it adds a great textured background.

Cutting guide

1. Card base : Very Vanilla card stock cut at 4 ⅛” x 11 ½” (10.5 cm x 29 cm) and folded in half.
2. Autumn Toile 12″x 12″ (30.5 x 30.5 cm) DSP : 4 ⅛” x 5 ¾” (10.5 cm x 14.5 cm)
3. Gray Granite card stock for die cutting open work die 4” x 5 ½” (10.2 cm x 14 cm). Attach adhesive sheet to back of this.
4. Cut Gray Granite layer for inside card : 4 ⅛” x 5 ¾” (10.5 cm x 14.5 cm)
5. Very Vanilla inside card : 3 ⅞” x 5 ½” (9.8 cm x 14 cm)
6. Cajun Craze strip cut at ⅞” x 2 ½” (2 cm x 6.5 cm)
7. Pumpkin Pie strip cut at ½” x 2 ½” (1.3 cm x 6.5 cm)
8. Scrap of Very Vanilla for stamping pumpkins

Assembly

Card front

1. Adhere Autumn Toil DSP 4 ⅛” x 5 ¾” (10.5 cm x 14.5 cm) piece to front of card.
2. Die cut adhesive sheet backed Gray Granite piece with open work die from Amber Autumn dies. Peel off backing and adhere to card front on top of DSP.
3. Stamp sentiment on Pumpkin Pie Strip toward the right. Centre and adhere strip to middle Cajun Craze strip. Cut right edge at an angle as pictured. Set aside.
4. Stamp trio of pumpkins on Very Vanilla scrap with Tuxedo Black Memento ink. Colour image with Stampin’ blends i.e., leaves in Mossy Meadow, large pumpkins in Pumpkin Pie, tall slim pumpkin in Gray Granite as well as the husks on the corn and Daffodil Delight on the corn itself. Then colour with Clear Wink of Stella on pumpkins to make it pop. Sadly it’s not visible in the photos, but they do sparkle in real life!
5. Apply dimensionals to back of pumpkins and adhere to card front then tuck label in and adhere directly on to card front as pictured.
6. Lastly, add streaked dots as shown.

Inside card

1. Adhere Gray Granite layer to inside of card.
2. Partially stamp pumpkins and colour in as pictured.
3. Adhere on to of Gray Granite layer leave an even border on all 4 sides.
