Name Place and treat holder

Name Place and treat holder. Here’s a very quick and easy project for your Christmas table setting. The Pine Tree Trimmings Bundle released as an online exclusive in September 25 is ideal.

The box holds 6 After Dinner Mints, and to hold the name place cards, I’ve used the Shaker Tree domes which co-ordinates with the tree die from the Pine Tree Trimmings die set.

Cutting box template

  1. Real Red card stock cut at 3 ¾” x 8 ¼” (9.5 cm x 21 cm).
  2. On short side, score at 1 ½” (3.8 cm).
  3. Rotate card stock so long side is on top and score at 2 ⅜”, 3 ⅞”, 6 ¼”, 7 ¾” (6 cm, 9.8 cm, 15.9 cm, 19.7 cm).
  4. Cut up to the 1 ½” (3.8 cm) to create tabs for bottom of box and cut away narrow rectangle at the end as pictured.

  2. Centre and die cut tree aperture with Pine Tree Trimmings die on one of the Very Vanilla pieces.
  3. On remaining piece, stamp tree image with Versamark ink and gold emboss.
  4. Remove backing tape on top of Tree dome and, align and insert dome from behind tree aperture.
  5. Place a pile of Gold Shaker Stars in centre of stamped and gold embossed tree ensuring they are well within the image.

  7. Lastly, select one of the larger star sprinkles and adhere above the tree dome

Name tag
