Wishing you a Happy Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday and also to give you a sneak peek of new kits! These will be available online only as from 1st June while supplies last. Once they’re out of stock, new kits will be added, so it’s a win, win!!!
We had a lovely zoom call last weekend and all the attendees worked on their own different kits – it was just an opportunity to “hang out” while we worked on our own kit.
The fabulous thing about these all inclusive kits is that you can take it on holiday with you. They come in sturdy compact boxes 10″ x 6-1/2″ x 1-3/4″. There is a wide assortment of kits to choose from to suit a variety of occasions and styles.
I have a confession to make, I liked them all and found it difficult to choose, so I practically bought them all bar 2 out of the 10 choices. All inclusive kits include a block, ink spot and stamps in addition to pre-printed materials and an instruction sheet. There are 6 all inclusive kits, and 4 non-stamping ones.
“You are my anchor” card kit has a nautical theme and I chose to work on this first because it had both 3″x 3″ cards and boxes which would be great for party pieces. I have my grandsons visiting next week and they’d love these to give to their friends.
What to do with the remaining kit
There is value in the kit, as once you’ve completed the projects in the kit, you can use the leftovers to make more cards. If you’re at the beginning of your stamping experience you can expand your repertoire by adding a few minimal supplies.
In the samples below, I’ve added Basic White Thick card stock and Pacific Point card stock. I added a Sahara Sand ink pad and used blending brushes as well as the surplus materials in the kit. Through time, you can add to your collection of inks or spread your wings and try other techniques. You could even purchase another stamp set to compliment the one you have in the kit.
I’ve added a link to the Sailing Home and smooth sailing dies for easy reference. If you’re a casual crafter and already own a die cutting machine, you may be interested in the dies too. They’ve been around for a while and I love mine!
There was another sneak peek I posted on Friday featuring another kit which you can see HERE. I really enjoyed making it. The instructions were easy to follow in pictures – so no language barriers at all!
List of supplies:
Note: The kits are only available online and as it’s a “while supplies last” category. The best way to order yours is through my online store. As soon as a kit runs out of stock, it will be replaced by a new one. In an ever changing scenario like this Stampin’ Up! will not display them in the actual catalogues but only through their online shopfront.
