When Stampin’ Up! first brought out the Product Medley kits, they bypassed me altogether. They were for the passionate crafter – and I’m probably guilty as charged! However, when I dipped my toe in, especially now that it’s Sale-A-Bration, at the Medley’s higher price point, it enables you to get free stuff from the Sale-A-Bration brochure.
It’s worth every penny – it has a stamp set, the dies, 48 sheets of 6 x 6″ DSP, laser cuts for card fronts, pre-die cut images, ribbon and metal embellishments and it was a joy to create with. I don’t normally colour, but felt compelled to try colouring some of the black and white floral images and was delighted with the result. There is a video tutorial on how I made this, with Bloopers and all – I’ve kept them in rather than edit it out – it was just one of those days when everything went wrong!!!! Enjoy it – warts and all!
