Forgotten gem – Mini Treat Bag Thinlits

I’ve forgotten about the mini treat bag dies and had so much fun re-acquainting myself with them!  Just as well the Springtime Foils were a freebie from the 2nd Sale-A-Bration release!  The foiled DSP are quite heavyweight and great for making boxes – and treat bags, of course!

They are single sided, so when cutting the treat bag you need to be aware of which way round you’re cutting that extra side to complete the bag and if it’s patterned, which way up the card stock should be oriented!  Yup!  Muggins made all the classic mistakes, upside down, wrong side cut but I got there in the end!

If you subscribe to my YouTube channel, you would’ve seen the video this Friday past.  I was winging it really, and I should have been a bit more organised!

Still – what kind of week have you had?

Having made the treat bag – I made a card to go with it.  Notice I didn’t use any stamps on it except  a greeting one from Teeny Tiny Sentiments.

Now ordinarily I’m not a pink girl – but with that rose gold copper foil, it needed something pink!  I added a pop of colour with the Stampin’ Blends and am pleased with the results.

These Springtime Foils are to die for!  Hope you like it!

Happy Sunday!
