Autumnal card with Iconic Imagery. This stamp set and dies were released back in September. So many things happening that I haven’t had a chance to re-visit this set until now. In addition to using Iconic Imagery bundle I’ve used the Splendid Autumn 6″x 6″ Designer Series Papers.
How to make the card
Card front
- Card base : Basic Biege cut at 5 ¾” x 8 ¼” (14.5 cm x 21 cm) folded in half.
- Old Olive mat layer #1 cut at 2 ⅜” x 5 ¾” (6.5 cm x 14.5 cm)
- Cajun Craze mat layer #2 cut at 2 ¼” x 5 ¾” (6 cm x 14.5 cm). Emboss this with the Leaf Fall 3D embossing folder.
- Capture a scene from Splendid Autumn 6 x 6 DSP with Iconic Imagery largest label die. Also cut one in Old Olive and adhere both pieces together for added strength. Put dimensionals on back and set aside.
- Stamp “FOR YOU” in Old Olive and stamp on Basic White card stock. Die cut with smallest label die and use blending brush just to add a touch of colour in Old Olive. Also stamp “Grateful” in Cajun Craze on Basic White card stock and fussy cut.
- Die cut several sprigs in Old Olive.
- Stamp and die cut 3 sets of foliage and one solid Cherry cobbler heart and the other
- Arrange all the pieces as shown and adhere to card front.
Inside card
- Cut Cajun Craze mat layer at 3 ⅞” x 5 ½” ( 10 cm x 14 cm).
- Next cut a Basic White layer at 3 ¾” x 5 ⅜” (9.5 cm x 13.5 cm)
- Stamp leaf outline in bottom left corner in Cajun Craze
- Use corresponding solid image of leaf, stamp off, then stamp on for a lighter shade as illustrated in pic above.
- Adhere to Cajun Craze mat layer
