Hearts Gusseted Treat Bags

Wrap up your Valentine’s Day treats with a little extra love using the Hearts Gusseted Treat Bags. These food-safe bags feature a classic white and red heart pattern for a lovely pop of colour. You can colour the white background with ink and a blending brush for more customised options. It has a wired top for a secure fold and plenty of room for a generous treat, these bags make every sweet surprise even sweeter!

Creating the label

1. Cut a strip of Real Red card stock 3 ⅛” x 6 ¼” (7.9 cm x 16 cm).
2. Thread top of card stock through the bottom of the 7th Party Banners die (counting from the smallest to the largest) so that it won’t be cut off at the other end. This way you can customise the length.
3. Insert it in to the Hears of Love 3D embossing folder and emboss.
4. Run a White Craft ink pad over the top to highlight the hearts.

Love Notes DSP for embellishing

1. Use a 2″ circle punch to punch the Love Notes 6″x 6″ DSP as pictured and adhere with dimensionals to embossed label.
2. Trim the DSP with the “Happy Heart Day” sentiment and cut flag ends at both ends with snips (scissors).
3. Adhere below circular piece with dimensionals.
4. Apply tear n’tape to top of label and position underneath wire wrap.
5. Insert your treat inside, fold down wire wrap and secure.
6. Tie a double length of Red & White Bakers twine to complete bag.
