Quick clean simple Easter card

Quick, clean, simple Easter card. Easter is just round the corner. Where has the time gone? So, if you need a quick, clean simple Easter card then the Easter Joy 12″x 12″ (30.5 x 30.5 cm) Specialty Designer Series papers will be an answer to your prayers! Pair that with the Easter Basket Bundle, especially the dies and hey presto – your card is done in a twinkling of the eye!

Cutting guide

1. Card base : Basic White thick cut at 4″ x 11 ½” (10 cm x 29 cm) folded in half.
2. From the sheet of Easter Joy Specialty DSP select and cut the Bubble Bath oval piece and cover the whole of the card front and trim off excess.
3. Lemon Lolly card stock : die cut the daffodil and colour the trumpet of the daffodil with dark Lemon Lolly Stampin’ Blend.
4. Shy Shamrock card stock : die cut the leaf stem and grass.
5. On a scrap of Basic White, stamp the rabbit in Crumb Cake ink, colour the nose and inside of ears with Bubble Bath Stampin’ Blend and die cut with corresponding die from Easter Basket dies.

Greeting on card front plus inside card

1. Stamp greeting with Shy Shamrock ink and trim as pictured so that you can adhere them underneath one another otherwise the greeting will be too long for the card.
2. Cut a Bubble Bath layer 5 ½” x 3 ¾” (14 cm x 9.5 cm). Adhere to inside of card.
3. Basic White layer cut at 5 ⅜” x 3 ⅝” (13.7 cm x 9.2 cm).
4. Easter Joy Specialty DSP – cut a strip ½” x 3 ⅞” (1.3 cm x 9.8 cm). Adhere to left of Basic White layer. Turn over and trim off any excess if necessary. Then adhere to inside of card leaving an even border on all 4 sides on top of Bubble Bath layer.
5. Add Easter Assortment eggs randomly on front of card to finish.
