Portrait Fun Fold card – Wild Bunch

Portrait Fun Fold card – Wild Bunch. I made one in portrait and another in landscape which I will cover in another post. It is the same fun fold so there is an option to make it with either orientation. Each has a mini card, also in portrait or landscape orientation.

Please forgive the magnetic weight in the pictures because it was difficult to photograph without it. The reason I made these cards in both orientations was because I didn’t want to waste the gingham paper. I used one half for the portrait version, and used the other half by flipping it to the reverse side and using it in landscape orientation.

Cutting guide

1. Card base : 5 ¾” x 8 ¼”(14.5 cm x 21 cm) . Long side score at 4 ⅛” (10.5 cm)
2. Mini card : 2 ¾” x 8 ½” (7 cm x 22 cm). Long side score at 4 ¼” (11 cm)

Designer Series Papers

The gingham Designer Series paper is a sneak peek – it will be available in July.

1. 2026-2028 In color Gingham DSP (sneak peek – available in July) : 3 ⅞” x 5 ½” (10 cm x 14 cm). Cut diagonally from top left corner down to bottom right corner.
2. Adhere left triangle to the portrait card front triangle leaving an even border on all three sides.
3. Cut Bloom Boutique specialty DSP at 3 ⅞” x 5 ½” (10 cm x 14 cm).

Inside card

1. Adhere the Bloom Boutique SDSP to the inside of card base leaving an even border on all 4 sides.
2. Cut 2 pieces of Basic White at 2 ⅝” x 4 ⅛” (6.5 cm x 10.5 cm), one for inside of the mini card and the other for the mini card front.

Finishing the card

1. Use a blending brush and add some colour with Peaceful Pine ink toward left and bottom of Basic White layer.
2. Stamp sentiment in top right corner with Hydrangea Hue ink.
3. Draw free hand some lines with Peaceful Pine Stampin’ Blend to ground snail.
4. Adhere coloured snail with dimensionals as pictured.
5. Add a trio of 2026-2028 In Colour butterflies.
6. Close top of card over the gingham triangle on front of card to finish.
