This is the final card using the Bokeh technique, but done entirely through the use of masks and four shades of blue ink as well as Whisper White ink. We started sponge daubing with the lightest shade first, and got progressively darker. The Whisper White ink was added last. We then used the Decorative stars mask to add a bit of interest and added a bit of sparkle with the new Bermuda Bay sequins from the Spring/Summer catty.
