This is a birthday card I made for a special lady. She makes the most beautiful cards and I’m in awe of her talent, so I couldn’t just do the run of the mill card and this is what I came up with. It was her birthday yesterday, so I think I’m safe to post this now. The stamp set is “A Cherry on the Top” which is a Hostess set.
There are pockets both in the front and inside of the card to hold all the “Keep Calm” tags.
The Keep Calm stamps are from my personal collection and I’ve picked out the colours to co-ordinate with the Comfort Cafe DSP.
The cake dome was stamped in Whisper White craft ink on a window sheet and cut out by hand. I cut super thin strips of dimensionals and hid them along the stamped line at the bottom of the cake dome and used an extra large pearl at the top to hide the dimensional underneath.
