Cupcake and Tea

I’m amazed this photo came out as well  as it did without using  my light box – too lazy to get it out  as  it was already 2.30 in morning – a rush job to get this made and give it to my hubby to post in the morning on his way to work.     This is what I love about Stampin’ Up! and being my own boss as a demonstrator.  I can work in my jimjams, stay up late, have a lie-in the next day to catch up on my sleep, my HQ and nerve centre is just across the landing from my bedroom!   You could do this too!  Want to know more?  Email me  elaine.harding@googlemail.com your contact details and I’ll get in touch and we can have an informal chat.

Back to the card  – I stencilled a lace doiley (personal stash) for the background, stamped the tea cup on a piece of scrap, cut it out and adhered it over the stencilled doiley.  Next I inked only the spoon from Silver Setting in Basic Gray and covered the gap with stamped images from Create a cupcake and the cupcake builder punch.   I hope the recipient likes it!  Her birthday is on Thursday but I think I’m safe to post as I don’t think she’s aware of my blog.
