Tiny Tags, Rich Razzlebury, Melon Mambo & Soft Suede

I made this card for one of my customers to show off the three new coloured cardstocks. Starting from the top, Soft Suede with the scalloped edge, Melon Mambo in the middle and Rich Razzleberry with the eyelet border punch. It also sports the new Rich Razzlebury polka dot ribbon. I cut a slot on the fold, threaded the ribbon through and secured it with a button and linen thread. The bird body was punched out in Soft Suede and the wing in Melon Mambo, both pieces were inked and stamped with Frost White shimmer paint. I used the stamping off technique to lighten the Soft Suede for the background on the top half of the card. On the bottom right, I inked the “hello” stamp in Rich Razzlebury, stamped off to lighten the “hello” wording, and re-inked the flower part of the stamp before stamping onto the card as I wanted a darker contrast for the flower.
