I forget what you call this type of card, maybe a “swing” card? Again, plain and simple, just the mechanism having been cut with the paper cutter in the centre and a trio of ties stamped in a variety of colour, matted on to Taken with Teal which in turn was matted on to the base card panel. I stamped “Dear Dad” from Occasionally, punched it out with the 1 1/4″ punch and adhered it with dimensionals to a 1 3/8″ Taken with Teal circle. 
For the inside of the card, I took a quadrant off each corner of the Whisper White card stock with the 1/2″ circle punch before adhering to card base. I stamped “You are one of a kind” from True Friend, and the little crown from Tiny Tags.
