Bunny Clip in Easter Basket

To make this bunny, I punched 4 x 1 3/8″ circles from Very Vanilla cardstock, 4 large ovals in Very Vanilla, 2 x 1/2″ Very Vanilla circles, 2 x 1/4″ Chocolate Chip circles, a heart using the Scallop circle punch, 6 x 1/4″ circles in Pretty in Pink, 4 x small ovals freehand, scrap Very Vanilla for teeth, and linen thread for whiskers, a length of Regal Rose grosgrain and a jumbo clip and a little piece of cotton wool. I inked edges of the Very Vanilla circles and ovals with Pretty in Pink then started to assemble! For the face, I started with the linen thread for the whiskers with a dollop of Tombow adhesive, teeth snipped in the middle from the Very Vanilla scrap, 2 x 1/2″ circles for the cheeks with dots drawn on in black to resemble pores and with 2 layers of dimensionals on back, followed by Pretty in Pink heart on dimensionals for nose. Adhered the eyes, highlighted with uni signo white pen. Adhere Pretty in Pink Ovals for ears and adhered this to back of face. Adhered body to back of base of face. Adhered hand cut Pretty in Pink small ovals to bottom bit of remaining ovals. Adhered middle 1/4″ Pretty in Pink circles for paw pad first, then the other two on either side to gauge spacing it evenly. Adhered paws to body on front. Used strong adhesive to adhere paper clip to back of bunny. For the back, I married up remaining circles and adhered body first then head on top for a neat finish and stuck the piece of cotton wool on for tail.
