By the Dock – Polaroid effect card

We’ve been bemoaning the fact that there aren’t enough stamp sets for the boys, but there have been quite a few new ones in recent times. Take this “By the Dock” stamp set for example. I think it’s suitable for everyone, especially if you love tinkering by the water, or live on the coast.

The card stock was cut so that it would resemble a Polaroid photo using Basic Black mat layers to make them “pop” on a Pool Party card base. The centre piece was brayered in Pool Party and I stamped the jetty as it’s called in England, so that I could overlay the die cut piece over the top to add dimension.
