I ruched some Whisper White taffeta ribbon and adhered it to the underside of the stamped heart as illustrated above and below. Additional card stock was added to the inside covers in order to sandwich the 1 1/4″ wide striped grosgrain ribbon for the ties.
I also made these tiny treats folders to house confectionery and did one in Chocolate Chip and Pretty in Pink as part of the Raffle Prize too.
