My upline, Amanda had seen a Christmas card I made using this fancy fold which has a surprise when you open it. I was honoured when she asked if I could demonstrate how to make it at her Inspiring Inkin’ Quarterly Team Meeting today. The stamp set I chose is “Love You Much”, just in time for Valentine’s Day tomorrow!
I nicknamed this type of card the “Magic Proscenium” card. I created this card for a workshop last year. It was originally a Christmas card using the Sparkly & Bright stamp set, and Rudolph was concealed behind the “curtains”. By changing the stamp set, it’s now a Valentine card.
The magic happens as you open the card, the “curtains” pull back to reveal the “lovebirds”!
