Inspiring Inkin’ Challenge#23

For this fortnight’s challenge, we had to make an easter gift and card using flowers of some description, whether they’re punched, felt, crocheted ones. I chose to use the felt flowers.

The card is quick and easy to do. I used left over scraps of Kaleidoscope DSP, matted on to Pumpkin Pie, then Certainly Celery and added the felt flowers with an assortment of brads. I used a two-way glue pen to trace around the pattern on the DSP and sprinkled with Dazzling Diamonds. The trio of chicks were stamped in Black Stazon using a masking technique and then coloured with water colour crayons which were blended with a blender pen. I used some crystal effects on the chicks’ beaks. Lastly I stamped Happy Easter in Old Olive in the bottom right hand corner.

This is a close up of the bag from the front.

This is a different angle of the bag.
