This is a baking tin I bought a couple of years ago, but didn’t get round to actually trying it out till now! It’s a snazzy contraption divided into 16 compartments which take apart. My grandson is celebrating his 10th birthday, and my son needed a bit of help with the catering so I volunteered making some goodies for the party tomorrow. It’s been ages since I’ve done any baking and this is fresh out of the oven so I just had to capture it on camera! 
Square cakes unfortunately don’t fit into the normal cupcake casings, so I had to improvise with baking parchment and garden twine! Am pleased with the result. What do you think – good enough to eat?
