I {heart} Heart, Bella Toile

Ok guys, I’m a day late! Hope you all had a lovely Valentine’s Day. I made this specially to put on the blog, but couldn’t get my act into gear and didn’t get round to publishing until this morning! My card base is in Rich Razzleberry and I went for a monotone effect except for the sentiment which is in Whisper White Craft ink (Hostess Level 3 set). Blacks and reds are always so popular during Valentines, I just wanted to try something different. I inked and stamped off a couple of times to create a paler Rich Razzleberry tone with the background Bella Toile stamp on Whisper White card stock. I stamped the large dotted heart first on Whisper White scrap, eyeballed and stamped the smaller flourish heart within it, adhered it to Rich Razzleberry scrap and cut round the heart silhouette, versamarked the largest plain heart on Whisper White scrap and used heat & stick powder and the fine supernova glitter for the smaller heart which I cut freehand from the large heart. The 1 1/4″ Rich Razzleberry ribbon was ruched by pulling a piece of its thread then adhered with sticky strip. Am loving those pearls – the card wouldn’t be complete without them!
